Risk Disclosure

Last updated: September 2026

Note to admin: this page is a starting template. Have it reviewed by a qualified lawyer and, where applicable, your financial regulator's required risk-warning wording before going live.

Trading foreign exchange, CFDs, and other leveraged financial instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You could lose some or all of your invested capital. You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

1. Copy Trading Risk

Copy trading mirrors trades from a master strategy onto your own account. Past performance of any strategy is not a reliable indicator of future results. Copying a strategy does not guarantee profit and can result in losses proportional to your account size.

2. Market Risk

Prices of currencies, commodities, and other instruments can move rapidly and unpredictably due to market conditions outside anyone's control, including during news events or periods of low liquidity.

3. Leverage Risk

Leverage magnifies both potential profits and potential losses. A relatively small market movement can have a proportionally larger impact on the funds in your account.

4. Technical and Connectivity Risk

Copy trading depends on stable connectivity between your broker account, your trading terminal, and the Platform. Interruptions, delays, or broker-side issues may affect trade execution and are outside the Platform's control.

5. No Investment Advice

The Platform provides a copy-trading tool, not personalized investment, financial, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your decision to connect your account and copy any given strategy.

6. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for understanding the risks described here before trading, for monitoring your own account, and for ensuring you only risk capital you can afford to lose.
